Dr. Rajeshwar Abrol is a board-certified Gastroenterologist, affiliated with Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, CHI St. Luke's in The Vintage and Tomball Regional Medical Center.

After graduating from Government Medical College in India, Dr. Abrol served as a General Practitioner in the state of Washington. He then went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at Long Island Jewish (LIJ) Medical Center, Albert Einstein School of Medicine, in New York. Dr. Abrol received several awards and distinctions during his time at LIJ Medical Center, including Resident of the Year and Fellow of the Year. He also completed an Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy Fellowship in Gastroenterology from Allegheny General Hospital, Medical College of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Abrol moved to Houston with his family in 1994 and has been in practice since then. In addition to his general gastroenterology practice, Dr. Abrol has a special interest in the field of pancreatico-biliary diseases. He takes great pride in providing thorough, compassionate care to his patients. He has been awarded “Physician of the Year” at Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. He has served as Chief of Staff at Tomball Regional Medical Center and has also served on the board at CHI St. Luke's in The Vintage.

In his downtime, Dr. Abrol enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He understands the value of family and health, and is passionate about bringing complete care to his patients and their families.
